Tips for a clean, submit-ready PDF
- A4 or Letter pages print naturally. “Same as image” may give pages different sizes.
- Auto orientation puts landscape photos on landscape pages.
- Reduce size scales photos to print-ready resolution — ten phone photos become about 3–5 MB instead of 30 MB.
Shoot documents in good light, straight from above, with all four corners visible. Trim edges first with the image cropper.
FAQ
Do PNG and WEBP work?
Yes — any image your browser can open. Convert iPhone HEIC first with HEIC to JPG.
Will image quality drop?
With “reduce size” off, original JPG/PNG data is embedded losslessly. With it on, images are capped at 2200px and 82% quality — plenty for printing.
Can I add another PDF to it?
Use Merge PDF.
