Black screen?
Check privacy shutters, OS camera permissions and whether another app is using the camera. Low fps usually means a dark room — add light.
FAQ
Is video recorded or sent?
No. Only a snapshot is saved, and only when you click.
Lower resolution than advertised?
Request a higher resolution, and avoid USB 2.0 hubs.
